What are your hours?

We're open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. That's plenty of time to grab your favorite drink before work, during a study break, or as an after-work treat.

How do I order for pickup?

You can order online through our website and pick up your drinks at your chosen time. We also welcome walk-ins—just come in and order at the counter. No reservation needed. It's that simple.

What toppings are available?

We offer classic tapioca pearls (chewy and delicious), popping pearls (burst with fruity flavor), or no toppings at all—it's your choice. Every topping option works with any of our signature drinks.

Can I customize the sweetness level?

Absolutely. Choose your perfect sweetness: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%. We make it easy to dial in exactly what you want, whether you prefer your drinks less sweet or full-on indulgent.

Do you offer dairy-free options?

Yes, we do. We have dairy-free milk alternatives available for all our signature drinks. Just let us know your preference when you order, and we'll make it happen.

What is the Drift Trio sampler?

Our Drift Trio is the perfect way to try all three of our signature drinks. You get one 16oz of each—Brown Sugar Bliss, Strawberry Cloud, and Matcha Drift—for $20. It's pickup only and a great way to experience the full Drift menu.

How long does pickup take?

Most orders are ready in 5–10 minutes. If you're ordering ahead online, we'll have it ready when you arrive. Walk-in orders are made fresh on the spot, so grab a seat or chat with us while we craft your drink.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, walk-ins are always welcome. No reservation needed. Just come by 1402 East 6th Street anytime we're open (11 AM–9 PM daily), and we'll take care of you.
